Are you a sole director of a limited company? A company secretary does not count.

Well, there are some legal issues that have raised their ugly head which will mean you could be exposed as a director if things go wrong in the company or if you can’t repay loans.  It is all to do with the model Articles of Association that you may have adopted if you set up your company from 2009 onwards.

I am working with a solicitor (I always prefer the word Lawyer, but I am British) to work out what needs to be offered, and how I can help you through it, or do all the work for you and for everything to be fully documented for a fairly low fee.

Hopefully, I can kick this off in a couple of weeks’ time when the solicitor has written new articles, we know all the documents that need to be written, signed and sent to Companies House, and for the process to be as painless as possible.

If you are interested in this, please let me know info@performanceaccountancy.co.uk and I can add you to the list of people that want us to do this for them.
